I am with you through the entire process.
 

I set up a collection, unique to the Compass cadre of online tools where buyers can see listings soon to be introduced to market, new listings, closed listings, and listings that go off market. Buyers see properties that match their criteria, whether it be broad or specific.

 

Sometimes a buyer knows what they don’t like, but they aren’t sure of what they really want until they see it. Therefore, I also find accompanying buyers to properties helps me get a better sense of their likes and dislikes.

 

This combined with reminders sent from the constantly-updated collection allows the buyer to comment and interact with me in real time.


Once a buyer decides to make an offer on a property, I advise them on pricing based on a survey of comparable properties. This knowledge, along with other winning strategies gained throughout my years of experience, have helped many of my clients secure an accepted offer.
 

After the accepted offer, I am there for property visits, inspections, communication with the listing agent, attorneys, you name it. My job is to shepherd the buyer right through to the closing of the property.
